Q: What equipment will I need to complete the online AF program?
Q: Can I do the program at any commercial Gym?
Q: Is there a minimum time commitment for the AF online program?
A: All AF Training plans have a set time limit usally 4-12 weeks. With the exception of AF Rugby which is a season long training plan for rugby players. Once the time limit expires the program is over. You can then move on to another program.
Q: What happens after I've signed up and become an AF online member?
